  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization slip is included inside the box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
